If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return new, unused items in the original box with all accessories within 15 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Any defective merchandise must be returned to the Manufacturer. Contact us for more information. All shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no returns available for any line spooled on a reel. No returns on special orders. All returns must be insured and returned via UPS, USPS or FEDEX. If possible please include a copy of your invoice in the returned box.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
